GreenEnergyCases introduces the latest applications and visiting places in the field of renewable energy and gives lots of information on the Finnish energy know-how.The Finnish energy production is well-known for its creative and intelligent solutions, which help to reduce emissions, to increase the use of domestic renewable energy sources as well as to streamline production processes. Finland is a pioneer especially in bioenergy and its applications.

Savo Consortium for Education (SAKKY)
Savo Consortium for Education (SAKKY), in cooperation with Savonia University of Applied Sciences, implemented Energy laboratory in Siilijärvi, Toivala, in 2012. It is a new learning environment for developing technology and sphere of renewable energy resources.
Energy laboratory
Energy laboratory in learning environment combines laboratorial action and workshop style practice.
Energy laboratory provides a possibility to study following areas:
- Heat pump technique and it's different forms
- Solar power systems
- Solar heat systems
- Ventilation systems
- Hybrid systems and their installation, wiring, use, adjustment, maintenance and optimization
At Energy laboratory education is provided on both basic and additional degree levels from spring 2013 onward. Education is open for everyone.
