Order instructions

• You can order our printed publications from our publications service homepage or your chosen product group. Single copies of the publications are free, despite the shopping cart showing a price.

• Most of our products can also be downloaded digitally as PDF files or digipapers. Some of our products are only available in digital form because they are out of print or have never been printed. Such products cannot be moved into the shopping cart.

1. Select the product group from which you wish to order a publication.
2. Select the publication to order.
3. Enter the number ordered. Some products can be ordered in quantity; the product details show the maximum order quantity.
4. Select ‘add to shopping cart’.
5. Show the cart contents (order confirmation).
6. Order the products.
7. Fill in postal and invoicing address details (if different) on the order form.
8. Continue to order confirmation.
9. Order the products (final confirmation).

If you wish to order more than one copy of each publication, please contact julkaisutilaukset@motiva.fi . 

NB. If you only order 1 copy/publication, the leaflets are free, despite the shopping cart showing a price on some items. Orders for larger publication quantities are always chargeable.

N.B.! Energy Awareness Week products are chargeable also as single copies.

Delivery time for large orders
These publication orders are delivered within about two weeks from the order.

The prices exclude VAT.
All prices are subject to VAT @ 23%.

Delivery charges for large orders and other chargeable products
We add a delivery charge, which includes: picking from stores, service charge, envelope/packaging and postage.

Price examples of delivery charges:

Letter rate:
approx. EUR 9.00 + VAT

Multi-package consignment delivered:
1.00-5.00 kg EUR 18.00 + VAT
Over 5.00 kg EUR 30.00 + VAT

Invoice address

Please let us know on ordering if the invoice address is different from the delivery address. Re-issued invoices resulted from an incorrect invoice address are subject to a surcharge of EUR 20.
